I had a call from my bank right now, that a company called "edg consulting" tried to bill my card yesterday for $10k. First time in my life I used a not secured sign-up form yesterday to pay for content and maybe somebody stole my number. But I did that also because my card expire today, so I was not so afraid, but this is still a hard experience!

I had 2 charges appear on my business card around the time of the egghead cc incident,(yes i'd shopped there) i was charged two very nonspecific amounts that when added together added up exactly to $500, charges were from somewhere in Turkey.
Called US Bank, they had squat for info on the charges other than "They came from Turkey".
They sent a form, I signed it, charges went away.Comment
