                              The original kicks ass and this one looks pretty good from the trailer

                              kinda like The Ring, but yet it isn't
                              most of the japanese ghost stories are similar...

                              I'm still looking forward more to "Saw" then I am this one, but I'll still give this one a watch...

                                              I just bought The eye, itchi the killer and Haute Tension (a french horror movie)....the eye is scary as hell! itchi and haute tension are both really gory hehe..damn I love asian horror movies

                                                          I think "The Eye" is my favorite asian horror flick of all time, but "Darkwater" was very close....

                                                                      i suggest that you guys get a copy of the original japanese version of "the grudge"... even on subtitle, you'll never look at your closets the same way again. hehehe.. Toshio creeps me out. there were a lot of men screming like girls on the moviehouse when i first saw it

                                                                      "the grudge 2" kinda sucks tho.

                                                                          as for the eye!...you're right one of my favorite so far, but I went to see takashi miike (itchi the killer, audition etc..) newest movie...it's actually his first real horror movie, it's called "One Missed Call" it was pretty good too! Cant wait for the dvd to come out! I'm lucky though, we have a movie festival in montreal called fantasia mostly asian and horror movie fest...a lots of good asian horror movies ! Lasts a month...pretty cool...check out the site http://www.fantasiafest.com/en/ you might find some movies you want to watch in the list!
