Yea, I know you're the boobmaster, but surgery has possible severe complications like infections, hardening, may need replacement... I already did a lot of research...
Also it's not a permanent thing, those things need to get replaced every 10-15 years or so... Every surger has its risks...
Also, the aftermath is real bad... I read that you need someone to help you afterwards, its super super painful and hard even to get up and wash yourself....
