What about people that just naturally look young. I am 26 but with no makeup I could pass for under 18... Of course I am to vain to ever go in public without being all glammed up and I never do, but even with makeup, sometimes I can pass for like 16... I just look super super young for my age... I think this has to do with being indoors all the time and not having any skin damage from the sun, and also because I'm super small (5ft, 90 lbs) and have NO boobs. Even with a push up bra I still have like no body/tits...
