Tattoo or Not To?

I am opening a teen (18-19) paysite soon and I've bought at least 50k pictures for it from a number of different providers (including some exclusive stuff), and I've noticed that over half of the models have tattoos! Many of them have BIG tattoos. I personally think tattoos on women usually look trashy and since the "teen" niche is supposed to be about innocence and purity should I spend the time to edit all the tats out? Do you think enough members will enjoy the tattoos or at least not be disgusted by them or should I spend a massive amount of time editing these pictures? It's going to be ALOT of work, but if it means the difference between retaining members and not retaining them, I'll do it.

So what do you guys think? Tattoos or no tattoos?

well...its teen, and tats ruin the teen fantasy, so i say get rid of them. but i personally think tats are sexxxy.

It's going to be hell to edit that many pictures... seriously hell. Took me like 20 minutes just to edit a couple tattoo's off one of my models, I could only imagine how long 50,000 pics would take!

I know, but I'm just afraid the members won't like them. I know I'd be mad if I joined a paysite and there were this many pictures with tattoos in them.

I mean, a tiny flower or butterfly on an ankle is okay, but I think those huge arm band tattoos and knives and crosses and snakes on backs or breasts are just nasty.

tattoos suck on hotties, but if they are already there i wouldnt bother taking em out...im sure you can spend that time doing other more important stuff

You've got 50K pictures - leave the tats, start your own niche and set the trend dude.

I personally don't like tattoos on girls, but many people do, and in fact I'm sure there are a hoard of people that find them sexy

I only buy sets where I can see each and every pic.
any tats or other problems I don't buy.

only thing you can do now is eighter photshop or very creatively crop or whatever to fix them.

maybe outsource it to someone for cheap to get them fixed.

you'll be killing yourself after you've done about 20! it's way too much work, and unless you are an expert at retouching images they might not look good either... and that could turn members off?!
Original tats are sexy...overdone ones are not!

but i reccommend leaving them as they are.

hey they're great! you definately got the skills for retouching!

I always liked the idea of doing a 'suicidegirls' style paysite... those girls are young n hot and usuallly a few body modifications.. but not too many though.

A teen tatt site would be a cool way to go if u got the content!

Well, given that one of my sites is a really really really naughty teens site, I leave the tattoos on, but, if you are going for an innocent theme, it probably makes sense to knock them out.

Personally, I don?t like tattoos on males or females.

Retouching all the pics to a professional level wouldn?t be cost efficient so I would leave the tats alone.

I personally never buy content with tattoos. For me, it does spoil the "innocent" look, and I'm sure there are millions of surfers out there who feel the same.

I'm not a "dude", I'm a "chick". I made my sig button so people would know that, but maybe you have sigs turned off. :-P

And I bought most of the pictures in bulk (buying everything from the producers). About half of the girls have tats and half don't. I didn't pick and choose them.

For what it's worth, none of the exclusive stuff I buy has girls with tattoos.

Tootie, with my experience as a tattoo artist, I can say that some girls get really sexy tattoos.. I've done some great stuff on girls to accentuate their lower back and pelvic area..

Some tattoos are way too bold to be left on content, and others they should remain, because it builds character on the girl, almost like a trademark look.. I would say that you should leave the tattoo if it is big enough to be noticable.. It its tiny then maybe get rid of it.. since they may not be seen in alot of shots..

Find the most innocent girls and edit the tats.

The find some and edit from maybe two or 3 shoots. The on the following updates the tats are new..

The have some of the girls just as bad girls defying mom and dad..

I don't like tattoo's, especially on teens. My advice is to seperate the ones with tattoo's into two groups. The first group would be the streetwise, rough around the edges/hardcore kind of look, keep the tattoos on and go with a more hard edged site that has that thug appeal. The old "young girl gone bad" kind of thing.

The sweeter innocent girl next door look take the time to remove their tats and make that site appeal to the guys looking for little angels from heaven lol
