I get a few thousands hit every month to on my 404s. I might as well make some $ out these visitors. Where is a good place to send them too.

I don't think you would make anything worth with while, with only a few thousand a month in 404 traffic. You would probally be better off sending it to one of your own sites to try and use the traffic to feed a new site. Which will equal even more 404 traffic

for a few thousand hits/month I suggest using a something with small regular payments, so you can see results immediately. try freeezinebucks or the gamma cash toolbar

SEXMoney.com has a script which will send your traffic, based upon their OS Language to a site in the users native language with native billing terms. From English to Spanish, all of your traffic would covered. So say the user is in the US, they would see a site like www.broadband69.com and if the user was coming from Germany they would see a site like www.ronny.tv .
