how to make the pics arrange 1 2 3 4 5 and not 01 10 11 ....02?
Anyone here uses ACDSee and knows how to....

I take all the one digit numbers and depending on the amount of pics in the folder - I rename them
NAME##
Make sure you have the beginning number set at 1 or it'll start at 0.
Then rename.
To get only one number - to keep it to 1 digit for the first nine, will cause you the order to go like 1,10,11,12 instead of 01,02,03 - if it's a series of pics, most programs will pic them up in the wrong order, hence changing the series from softcore then fast forward to the hardcore & then back to softcore.Last edited by Trixxxia; 08-04-2004, 10:29 AM.Comment

renaming them wont do anything because 010 is actually pic number 100Comment

the names for the pics.i use jbatchit and theres a sequential rename filename changer. im not sure if you can do it with folder after folder though. worst case scenario, you can do folder by folder and use the a1 a2 a3 thing for your pics, unless you are doing something where it doesnt allow you the freedom to start with a letterComment

If you can figure out ACDsee, use Namewiz to rename them afterwords... in batch!I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !
