I think they mean that they are the big fish eating all the little fish and sooner or later... even if you host with a little fish, they will buy it up and you will host with them...

think about it in a deeper, marketing way

Seriously though, I do not think the little fish are the customers, but rather the competition. The fishy does not point out that it is also paying a generous amount to those being eaten.
So it is a win/win situation!
