Cardgate bites the dust maybe?

Certainly starting to look like they are about to "disappear".

I use them as primary for one of my sites and havent noticed any new signups in their control panel - despite getting on average 5 signs up a day for this particular site for a long period of time.

Have also noticed they are on ICQ a lot less than normal.

Yup.. they probably ran into compliance issues.. thats why they are having technical issues with their bank.. lol

All sales should have been pending as of about 26th of last month.

I am also really pissed with Cards Gate. It has been almost a month since this whole Pending shit started and non of my webmasters have got payments. I use them as my secondary processor after CCBill.

But during the past month lots of traffic were sent through to them. Neff promised to have this cleared up last week and still nothing. These guys have disappeared from ICQ as well as Telephones. When you call their number it's always busy. Looks like they've kept it off hook.

I am going to give them a day or two to resolve this Pending transactions once and for all if they don't I am going to get my lawyers to Contact Visa & Master Card International and have them shut off their Merchant accounts and seize all their funds for this shit.

Geeze, at lease have the common courtesy to pick up the phone or keep the site owners and the affiliates informed of what?s going on. But nooooo they come up with all sorts of bull shit excuses each day and hides away when we try to reach em?.

At the Australian convention on the Gold Coast at the start of the year there was a guy pushing merchant accounts from Vanauatu or somewhere like that.

I can't remember his contact details but if you can track down Teen Angel she might remember where he came from and he might be able to help.

Yes, i'm pissed off to, they owe me 5 weeks worth, they are my only billing option so yeah. thousands.

If it was easy for me to change billers i would, but being outside the US restricts me a lot $(@#*%*

I spoke to a tech last and i'll post the transcript here so you can all see whats going on.

What pisses off the most is the no news, they don't tell shit. Especially Andrew Neff, I spoke to him 3 weeks ago and he said it working by that Friday. Tried contacting him by email and ICQ since and got nothing back. Pretty fucked up way of treating customers which make them a LOT of money.

Cardsgate is moving to Visa 3D Secure system and it is a lot of work getting compliant. Next week we hope to complete all tests.
