Sometimes it's easier to pick a few quality submitters out of the pack to be partners..But to do that, you have to weed through the shit, and see who really deserves the accounts. I've worked for a big name TGP that never took public submissions, yet always left the form open. I don't think it's a rare practice, but these autosubmitters make submitting brainless anyways.Comment
