To clarify.. We have a very sophisticated system for sending out our monthly directors cut. First we have over 100 different characteristics for each movie, and then we also have a simple weighting system that tells the system the exact type of movie this user likes. The system then chooses a movie from our library and ships it to the user at a drastically reduced rate of 11.99. The reason for the word "about" in the terms is that if we cannot find a movie that matched what the user likes, the system will not send it out, and will then put it on our purchase list, telling our buyers that we need more movies of that type.
If the user does not want the directors cut, all he has to do is write refused on the package, and the usps will ship it back at no charge to the user. The user is only billed 10 days after the movie has shipped, and if it is returned, it is scanned, and immediatly refunded.
Everything is in the terms, and we have 24 hour 7 days a week customer service to handle not only billing questions, but package tracking and questions about membership.

btw. we have tested this on most versions of ie and netscape and aol. they all work fine.. We have processed over 400 sales so far, and no problems.. I really would like to find out why you are seeing this..

You make it sound so simple. Movie gets shipped to your house, your card gets charged, then you have to send it back and wait for a refund. Is it just me or do you guys see a few steps there that can be avoided? Now if it's part of your business model and you plan on making money off people forgeting, people opening the dvd before reading the terms, people saying fuck it since the card was already charge, ect. then just say so. Don't say you developed some system to help people buy DVDs.blah blah blah...Comment

Also the user is not billed for the directors cut until 10 days after we recieve delivery confirmation from the USPS tracker we put on every package.
We have a BIG sticker on the outside of the package that says, Write Refused on this package and put back in your mailbox to return.
So if they open it, and watch it, we bill them 10 days later, if not. they are never billed, or if it was billed and the user sends it back we refund it immediatly.
