You hae nothing to worry about. Unless the owner of the business wher eyou were located files the complaint against here nothing can happen.
The tickets are b.s. They cant ticket you unless she is caught in the act. I would tell her to fight those tickets.. its a crock.
I am very good friends with the Police Chief here in the small, conservative town I live in. We have done pictures outdoors and he is aware of them. We even talked about them. He was very clear that he could not ticket the model or myself unless I was caught. Also, unless there is signs and specifc landmarks, showing EXACTLY where you are here were located at the time of the pictures it would be very difficult for them to prove.
I would not sweat this and I will tell her he same. Get yoru lawyer to handle it. He should know exactly what to do.SIG TOO BIG! You really should pay attention to what some of the people on here are telling you and I'm not talking about the armchair lawyers here. You are indeed without a doubt committing illegal acts albeit it some of them like public nudity are minor. You do provide alcohol to girls you do shoots with. It won't take much for the law to turn up the heat on some girls, they lose their jobs, get threatened with heavy penalties, they're parents find out and so on and before you know it they've flipped on you and cop a plea for the law in turn they testify about all of the illegal and irresponsible things that you're doing.
If you're a smart guy and you're making money, then you would be smart to start to turn your money towards things less risky and under the radar and maybe in a different city and state.
