What a shame. Almost $200 million from a state with not even 1 million people. All those teachers, scholarships, etc. squandered for oil.

"squandered for oil"???
No offense, but are you crazy? Name ONE thing on the earth that is more important than oil!
All of your fabrics, your food, your housing, almost everything you look at, sit on, eat, play with, stay warm with, use for medical equipment, supplies, and power is either a petroleum byproduct or oil is an essential part of it's production.
For goodness sake, grow up. We would all be starving, homeless, without clothing or medical care without oil.
