The judge reluctantly decided Monday to release edited transcripts from a closed-door hearing on the accuser's sex life and other evidence.

Would this swing your opinion of whether he's guilty or not? I mean if you found out she just slept around and around.. Kind of kills her case against Kobe??

That's like saying if a porn star was raped it's not really rape becasue she has sex for a living.

A girl that wears short skirts and low cut blouses is asking for it.

Does the fact that she is slutty make it implauseable that she actually was raped? What if it was your mother or sister??

At this point it dosen't really matter. Win or lose, after the way this whole thing has been handled by the DA, press, and star struck public I predict she will kill herself before if not soon after the trial anyway.

depends on whether there is any physical evidence or not.....

if not it could come down to believability between her and kobe.....

could make a difference if she slept with some dude a few hours before kobe and some other dude the next day and the jury is supposed to believe that she said no to a handsome mega-rich sports star

im a bit tired of this issue, but as a woman, as a girl, as a human its kind of frustrating if we gonna hear stuffs like that, that if we have a sexual relationship with other person and somebody harrassed us.. we cannot consider it as RAPE??? But what if the victim is happily married & she just got a sexual encounter with her husband when someone abused her?
