My ICQ list just sorta... disappeared

No back up?
You check the install directory of ICQ, maybe at
c:\Program Files\ICQ\2003b\
In there should be a file of all your users.

Ah... just found out that icq automatically makes backups

My ICQ > Save\Load Contact List > Load Contact List
