Think its time for sponsors to publish a list of affiliates who send the worst performing traffic, most cancels, most refunds, most chargebacks, and burn the most bandwidth?
Some traffic and sites just don't do well together, its not really a bad reflection on either individually, but the mix. Your stats are not even close to an accurate reflection of our average webmaster.
Looks like you do better with hardcore, and/or non-teen sites?

Excellent points, Steve.
I think your individual girl sites are the best in the business and I'm sure if marketed the correct way will convert nicely. I think my traffic is too "general" to convert this type of site. My surfers are more interested in the all-encompassing megasites that they expect will give them the most bang for the buck. I would assume after they realize these sites aren't all they are cracked up to be, they will begin to check out the niche sites and of course amateur girl sites.
I don't market with galleries, just links to paysites and a few banners here and there... so a title like "Jordan Capri Teen Model" won't get nearly the attention that "Teen Sex Kittens Fucked Hard" would get. A surfer that just typed in "teen porn" in google would check out the Jordan site briefly, realize the variety just isn't there and move on.
I think I need to expand my "Marc's Notes" section a bit to give more accurate reasons as to why a sponsor may not convert well with my traffic and why they may eventually be dropped. It isn't always because the sponsor doesn't build good sites, it is often because the traffic just doesn't jive with the site type.
The other site which I plan to remove from hoes.com is SicCash. This program is simply filled with megasites much like many other programs. They have no excuse for not converting well with our traffic, thus they obviously aren't doing something right.
