                                          cats and dogs are like people - self conscious. the couple times my dog had to be shaved she was mortified and not herself for a long time. maybe it just feels weird to them but to me it definitely seemed like she was embarassed.

                                              My inlaws dog had to wear a cone for a while, it seemed really depressed with it on, just the look in its eyes.
