    Selling a PR6 Humor site for General Audiences! Motivated seller

    Hi Guys,

    I am selling Sillyanimalpictures.com which has been around for nearly 2 years.

    My reason for selling is:
    #1- My partner and I are going seperate ways and we are unloading this site.

    #2- I am no longer interested in running this site. I like to put my full heart into
    a site and if I cannot I feel I am wasting money and a very talented site.

    I am knowledgeable about quality websites and ones with potential and this one has
    a bunch of it.

    Let me tell you a little about it:

    -SAP has over 100 UNIQUE and exclusive flash ecards made by my team for the site.
    {That alone is worth over 4k at $40 per card}. These ecards can be used for an affiliate
    program such as 00fun.com or funnyreign.com's to gain traffic to the site.

    -The domain has a PR of 6. Most of its traffic comes from the SE's.

    The site normally gets over 2000 unques a day with a daily newsletter being sent
    out. I have been neglecting to send out the newsletter do to my non-interest in the
    site.

    #1 on google and yahoo for
    Funny Animal Pictures
    Cute Animal Pictures
    Cute Animal Pics


    Earnings for the site are about $200 month.
    Mainly from Fastclick, Tafmaster and Shareasale.
    This can easily be risen with the right marketing tactics and more traffic.

    - The site also has a mailing list of over 150,000 subscribers that Ive collected
    from the site and bought some large co reg orders.


    The site has a lot of potential for someone who has the drive and knowledge of how
    to take a good thing and make it great.

    The funny pictures on the site are not owned by me. They are believed to be public
    domain.

    Sillyanimalpictures.com is very interactive with the users because it is visited
    by animal lovers who mostly all own pets. They love sending in Pics of their own
    pets and when they see them posted on the net they tell their friends about the site.


    I am a motivated seller and want to get this deal done within the next week. Please

                      Yes, technically they are not owned by me.

                      The site has been up nearly 2 years with those pictures on it with no problems.

                      If we would ever get a cease and desist letter about a picture they would be removed right away. We just never got any letters of that kind. A lot of people get a kick out of having their pictures on the net.

                          The original content alone is worth much more than 2k, the site is #1 on google for several terms, it has over 350 sites linking to it. With the right promotion and marketing you have a great product here.

                                      Woah. Yeah I don't think the site is worth anything near that. $200 a month you claim in revenue.
                                      So actual $100 in revenue, $50 in operating expenses. That is like 10 years to make the investment back.
