It's not the first time that Powercum has played with extortion. I seem to remember a "24 hour demand" to Choker to pay him $ or he'd release details of holes in TTT... or if webmasters paid him $100 he would send them the details immediately!
(The holes were very simple to fix and were not worth $100.)
This guy has a history of taking and not giving anything back. Hopefully this will be different.
