as an individual out of the US,
may I setup and run my own paysite,
may I use ccbill, probilling or so? open an account with them?
What's your recommendation on CC processor
for a single girl web site with a webmaster affiliate
program?
ibill? ccbill? globill? etc etc ??

I e-mailed some cc processors but no replies yet..

can't I have my paysite and run it??
is it forbidden by US laws?
or is it forbidden to be an individual and have & run a site "as
an individual", I mean without having a "company" (a company
name, tax number etc)

Sure, you can set up a paysite wherever you live. Most of the companies that are based in the U.S. aren't even incorporated in the U.S.

I recommend Verotel for a variety of reasons:

1. There is not $750 setup fee
2. You can take Visa and Mastercard
3. There is also phone billing via 1-900 number where you choose what price you want to charge for site access.
4. Verotel pays weekly by direct deposit.

Hi

You may also want to start of simple.

If you try www.ProAdult.com (its AVS), they will provide you with webspace and payment setup, so all you need to do is buy content, and upload it.

Its worth starting at least one small AVS site, just so that you make the mistakes on a small site rather than jumping in heard first, with somthing too big to start with.

When you do want to set up a 'real' pay site of your own, there are a few things you need:

webspace - its so cheap now, so not worth using free host. Make sure your firm is ok with adult content (some may not be). Its not just webspace, but also bandwidth too. Some cheap firms may only provide a small amout of bandwidth.

webname: choose a good one.

Content: you could shoot your own, but its cheaper to buy it from a website (plus the quality is good too). Its best to stick to one area, ie blonds/teen/bondage/feet/smoking, and so on.

HI

1) To use Ibill and CCbill, you need a compy,
Without a company you cant use them.

2) If you autside USA you dont have to pay 750$ viza fee, BUT, you will pay 2% more to billing.

3) you can use verotel , as individual, not to pay viza fee...but the problemm with verotel that not many webmasters will promoute your site.
A majority prefer to work with ccbil..and dont like verotel.

I'm in Australia and started up a paysite www.cheatingxxxwife.com shoot my own content, got a host in the US, got Verotel to process the transactions, set up an affiliate program so others can promote my site as well, and am making good $$$ after my first year.

If you can't shoot your own original content, or get hold of some unique stuff then you will struggle. But as far as your first question, then "yes" is can be done..
