There really aren't any visa/master cards in Canada attached to your bank account. In Canada, your only choices are the Visa Debit Card (link posted above) or if you don't qualify for a regular credit card you can try the HomeTrust secured credit card. You basically send them a deposit equal to what you want your limit to be. They keep the money as security and pay you interest on it. They then send you monthly bills for purchases just like any other credit card and you either pay it off or pay the minimum.
