That would be $399/month at VibeHosting.com for a P4 2.53+, with 1GB and a 120GB drive. If you hit me up I'll make it 13mbit (4000 Gigs). It's managed, in eXchange colo in San Francisco (one of the largest datacenters), no Cogent ever and it can be maxed out completely. Service monitoring with response is included, as well as less than 15 minute reaction time to reboot requests or service failures.
Right now I also have a dual Xeon 2.8, 2GB ECC/Reg memory, 2x 200GB drives, 13mbit and cPanel/WHM included for only $529/month - the server must go within the next few days so hit me up if interested.
