I seem to remember you going through this not too long ago... I basicallly had the choice to go ahead and go to trial, or negotiate. I agreed to shared custody where I'd get like 60% of the time. I still am not ok with this because I don't feel it's best for her.Originally posted by BVF

There's a difference between a dad being a dad and a dad soley trying to hurt the mom by trying to take as much time away from her as possible. Unfortunately that was the case so we went from him hardly changing a diaper, doing bathtimes, meals, or anything to suddenly being father of the year wanting every moment possible... I notice already that since this has been final he doesnt even care about having so much time with her now. I would hate to see her affected from that.
Trial would have been thousands more and the industy thing would have been thrown all over the place. I want her to see him as much as she wants dont get me wrong. But jeez do it for her not the courts.
I am just relieved that I will never every go through something like this again. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.Comment

WHEW! That felt good... It is officially time to move on, get healthy again, and enjoy my kids, my job, and my life. It feels great to be back in the game and back to being happy.
