I've seen women that have had the everliving shit beat out of them.. broken bones and hospitalization.. she has a few bruises from what looks like him holding on to her arm very hard.. perhaps keeping her from hitting him maybe..christ the girl looks majorally unhealthy and probably bruises really easy.
