Hard drive storage to taste.
a 20 inch wide screen flat panal.
If there are any pc program you just HAVE to run, virtual pc for the G5 should be ready in a month or so...
But hey, if you dont end up with a full blown 64 bit G5 as your main computer. Do yourself a favor and get a flat panal imac or a low end laptop to surf. You'll be sooooo much a happier surfing around, believe meComment

I used PC's since 1981, always recommended aginst MAC's. OSX has changed all of that. I use a MAC now, we switched most of our office machines to Macintosh and I do not regret it. The extra cost is well balanced by the lack of down time.
If the application software you use is available for a Mac you will accomidate to the new interface in a couple of hours and really enjoy the stability and lack of trojans and viruses.Comment

Yeah, I have 2 buttons on my laptop but the macs only have one retarded button. I imagine I could use a mouse with a Powerbook but c'mon! I would switch totally if it weren't for this one stupid little issue.Originally posted by Freeway

I know this is an old thread but I could not resist to respond to those bitching about the single maouse button issue...
Did you know...
That if you hold your button down an extra second the right click dialog pops up?
Or...
If that don't work, or is too much a hassle for you, try holding the 'control' button down when clicking.
Both these options are useful for the one button guys, some macs don't work with the first one, but if I remember right that was designed just for the notebook users.
You would think the hardcore mac users would have known this.
BTW...
OS X.3 Panther ROCKS!!!
dig deeper into your features and options and there is a lot of cool things that rule over PC.
way more advanced.
I am running an old G3 iMac with panther, adobe creative suite, and macromedia studio MX 2004.
