    Question for all you adobe designers..

    When I clicked on a layer so it was highlighted like text I recently typed I could be able to rotate it, now I formatted a few months ago and when I click on the layer I no longer get the rotation icon as my cursor so i'm able to rotate, any ideas how to turn this feature or option back on? Thanks :]

              Keep in mind, though, that if you have a selection on the layer that you've not de-selected, you might not be able to rotate your image.
