I agree with pussyluver. Go to see a doctor tomorrow morning. Even if its something minor like you jerked off rough or bummed it into a crossbar, unconfortable seat, etc... the doc will either give you pills or just tell you not too worry too much about it if this does not repeat itself. Either way you it will take about 30 minutes out of your schedule but you'll have a piece of mind and not have to worry about it. I am almost certain that it is not cancer (but then again I am no doctor). Usually with cancer you have some clear drippage coming from your penis and also some lower abdominal pain. Most likely you have either a) gotten an infection somehow or b) were too rough with your lil'friend. I take it this is the first time this happened.
