Hrm I downloaded this tool from onegreatfamily.com and after some playing around in it ended up all the way back to

Sir Robert de Hibburne of Newton
B: 1232

Along the way though there is:

James Hepburn
B: 1536
Spynie castle, Bothwell, Lanarkshire, Scotland

D: 14 april 1578
Gragsholm castle, Denmark in exile

In exile sounds pretty cool....googling for that dude I find its because he had some affair and then married a chick named Mary Queen of Scots.

I hope she was hot

Now this prob isnt really my family tree, these things are never accurate for non-americans...but interesting anyhow
