            Wigger as defined by WarChild:

            Wiggers are white kids often from a middle class family. They have little or no self confidence and therefor must steal an identity. Because they want to come off as being badder than they are, emulation of black gangsters seems ideal.

            The point they are missing, entirely .. Is they are emulating the very WORST part of black culture. Black gangsters may be a product of their enviroment, but don't think their enviroment is proud of them. Witness Bill Cosby's latest ramblings.
