The risk guys aren't going to give specifics about what happened, but, I have been speaking with them lately about some of their parameters.
It is to the benefit of ePassporte AND their account holders that ePassporte maintains user availability and works with webmasters to fine tune thier methods. -- At the same time, given the nature of the high risk markets it is also to their benefit to have an agressive risk management policy, even leaning to the side of caution sometimes.. It's a fine line to protect the system and maintain user functionality. But no one wants to disrupt an account for no reason.
