I am always giving and not receiving. So I never really had the re-gift option. I am still trying to figure out what they mean by it's better to give then receive. It just doesnt add up

Two sponsors sent very generous gifts of primo Omaha steaks this holiday, shipped on dry ice. Being vegetarian for 15 years, they make an amusing regift for my meat-eating relatives. A tasty one too, from what I hear!

Haha.. I have never re-gifted... Its such a cheap thing to do.... and the only gifts I receive are from my father and mother.. and we kind of tell each other how we "really" feel about it.. if we dont like it.. we will return it and get something else..

I haven't swapped gifts with anyone for years. We used to always see what everyone else wanted and go from there. It just always seemed silly to get something that odds are, the people wouldn't like or use very often.

i dont, not because its cheap... but because i only buy people gifts that i know they will like. i put thought into gifts.

No one turns down sweet shit they can eat. This is why I regift gift baskets only. I normally start getting them a week before Christmas which gives me time to make the fed ex run 3 days before.

I've only done it once. I had an acquaintence that got me a gift and I hadn't gotten her anything so I gave her a gift that I'd gotten from someone else. I already knew what they'd given me, but I hadn't unwrapped it yet, so I just slipped the tag off when she wasn't looking and gave it to her. It sucked, too, because I really wanted to keep it and the gift she got me sucked. *sigh* LOL

Looks like a good holiday for KRL. Now I call that a Christmas persent. Have a few domain names on ice... Oh, I hope this is a sign of the times. Domain names increasing in value that is.

Suggest KRL buys his tax guy something special. Wouldn't regift on that one
