I payed for 2nd day air on friday now I can't pick them up until friday morning, and of course there won't be any tobacconists open tomarow.. what a joke. Never again.

I had a guy contact me on ICQ... He'd send me some 'products' and I would send them to him. It seeeeeeems that in Finland you can't get shipping from these American companies [wink] [wink]. So he sent them to an address I made up and now he thinks UPS sucks too... He is going to send some laptops via FedEx to that same address now... I think he is going to think FedEx sucks too... Anyway, I wished him a merry X-Mas all the same!Comment

Here's an idea asshat... I payed $15 extra for second day air on the 19th... Best in the industry my ass, FedEx is much better. Shipping with UPS is fine, but on the receiving end for residential it blows.Originally posted by Meni69

How did they fumble - no show, left a slip? I vowed years ago to never use Airborne Express again. They habitually lied about making "delivery attempts." So far, I haven't had any major probs with UPS. Were you getting a nice order from JR Cigar?
Maybe UPS will make it up by sending her around next time...
She delivers but prefers to receive packages.

I had a case of Don Tomas Special Editions coming in... now what I have to square away with the vendor is weather or not they failed to include my appt. # which was submited with the sales form and is on the receipt, however not the shipping receipt. Unfortunately I could not verify this due to the holiday, however, the driver didn't even bother to drop the package off at the office, or make any attempt to find me.
