    Who says domain name speculation is dead?

    I was watching CNN some months ago and they talked about a disease called rabbitfever catching on in the upper midwest...I immediately bought the domain name for $15 from directnic.

    Now a woman in USC's film school just happens to be doing a film called "Rabbit Fever". I just got a quick $350 for a $15 investment...

    $350 isn't much but it's more than enough for a plane ticket to vegas...

                  domain name speculation is still there.

                  but it ain't what it used to be.

                  because they keep adding available extensions to provide more available names.

                  fact is, i've got some great domain names (".com") that i would consider trading (or maybe selling) for great domains in the niche direction that i'm going.

                  i need great domains in female ethnic niches, lesbian niches, bi-girl niches.

                  i have great domains in MF, hard-core sex areas, oral sex areas, etc.

                          I bought a domain for a few bucks and 2 days later someone contacted me and offered 250 bucks...i sold it for $300.

                          Its still possible but you have to be lucky.
                          The crap people post here usually makes baby Jesus cry.

                                          3 years ago I bought a domain for 1$ (register.com 24 hour fire sale with staples). It's the type of name you wouldn't register today if you saw it unregsitered.
                                          A week ago sold it for 45k.

                                                      Domains sales NEVER died.. it slowed down a little but MANY deals are happening every day unreported, more then you can imagine!
