Wow! Paypal screwed me over many times. People would complain of non-receipt of goods and Paypal would refund them even though I provided Paypal with USPS Delivery Confirmation numbers. So then I switched to shipping via Fed-Ex and making people sign for their package....a couple people claimed non-receipt again, and Paypal refunded them even though there was Fed-Ex tracking and a signature...so I dumped them.
