AWStats, it's free and gives a shitload of info.
This is how a report looks like:

If you have one million hits a day on your site, AWStats probably can't handle it, you will have to look for something else.

I use awstats as well. Its not the best but its free

weblog is pretty cool. but it's not server side it runs on your PC and then can D/L your log files and analyze them..In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment
