Adult Checks Final Up the ass to webmasters.

Well it seems The old Adult check is one last time fucking its webmasters.

Their promise to pay webmasters thru the 16th of this month before meeting their new guidelines went totaly out the window.

it seems that AC is taking the plot right from the "National Lampoons Chrustmas Vacation" and enrolling everybody in a jelly club instead of paying them just before the holidays.

When called and emailed on this subject AC's cone of silence slams down faster than Jolly old St. Nick down a chimney.

Its just a shame that a compnay that has long stood on its owns words as gospil now resorts to fucking webmasters just before the holidays when im sure so many counted on what money is owed them to help this time of year.

Way to go AC..and fuck you to.

When they made their announcement, we redirected our sites away from them, prior to the last payment.

Oh we did also..but their statment says they will be paying thru the 15th pay period. which means you should get the 15th period as the last payment before their rules kick in..

Seems like they decided not to do that.
Just lead people to believe they would get a last payment but then don't pay them at all.

The way I understand it (from the AC Lounge) is this:

A sales quota has to be met each period, or they terminate their relationship with the webmaster. They announced a waiver of this quota for a few periods until they could get the promotional tools and such worked out. As far as I know, the past 2 periods have gone by with no promo tools yet.

Three days prior to the end of the pay period, they added that any payments due webmasters would be withheld until the quota's were met. Anyone who wanted to be paid needed to learn of this, and get 5 quick sales before the day or two was up.

The original quota was for 5 sales from Dec 1st thru Dec 15th. Dec 16th to Dec 31st will be 7 sales. Jan 1st thru Jan 15th and after will be 10 sales per period. If you fail to meet the quota for 3 periods, all monies due are forfeit and relationship is severed.

Uh, gee, they fucked over thousands of webmasters when this all happened, what made you think that you were immune from the same fucking? You'd think that you guys would have gotten the message to stay away from them when AC Pay went to shit.

Also if Brujah read their info INSIDE the system it states that the rules would not go into effect UNTILL the 16th..meaning that you had from the 16th to the end of this month to make their quota!

Personaly, like we said we don't use them any more. I was trying to think of all those who still are/were who are depending on that money.

Ah ok. I was off by a pay period it seems. No idea why people didn't get paid then

Although I know a ton of folks who made the mistake of depending on AC instead of realizing that AC depended on them, I have no sympathy for the fallen webmasters. I'ld like to help out and will but no sympathy and here's why:

I was in early with AC. Had a ball, thought it was the neatest thing since animated screensavers. Lotsa guys met and worked together to make some loot for school or medical bills etc.

Soon as AC then got huger than fuck, things got shakey. they hired new people in management and what not and at first I thought it was good move, but then AC started bs'ing around and I saw the writing on the wall. So mind you, I brought it up to AC several times but was ignored and ridiculed by the same webmasters who we teamed up with earlier on the AC network.

Sniping and back stabbing and blacklisting each other. So I split and ain't looked back. I even tried to make good with AC Pay but that almost ruined me. So now because AC has fucked up beyond all recognition to get theirs from a group of webmasters who didn't give a shit about honor in the first place? Or got so dependent on rebills they forgot that it's the WEBMASTER that's the power with an AVS ...NOT the other way around?

Let it be a lesson. When your friends tell you there's a hazard on the fairway, LISTEN.

Adult Check is the company that Acacia proposes to head up one of the class action cases in the adult industry... so all those that use AC, they would be the ones defending you.
