Im editing a video for my rents for xmas, and got it all set up, and now, everytime i export timeline the video plays as either black or pink and yellow jags. the audio works fine and the project starts with some jpegs which display fine. Does this mean that the video codec is wrong? the source was vhs converted to avi with a tv wonder ve, using that software. the video plays fine in the preview box in premier. anyway, if anyone can suggest anything, ill be working at it. i know some of you are premier nazis and can probably help. oh and since you all will do anything for money, if you suggest the idea that makes the fucker work, meaning it renders into a usable video, ill paypal you 40 bucks. alright, thanks.

i kind of dig premier because of its firewire shit but i dont have time to learn everything about it, hence the troubles. anyway, i think i might have found how to export it to minidv. it wasnt working before, but i think the minidv tape i was using didnt have a timecode prescrolled on it. so imma try that. fuck i hope it works. video editing as a hobby is such a bitch.Comment
