When you're that large, trying to do exercise could quite probably result in heart failure, stroke, or some other stress related fatal injury.
If she could get down to around 300-350 by diet and some *light* cardio (maybe just walking around, if possible) then she could bump it up to some real exercise... real for her, anyways. It'll be a long time before she goes for a jog. Of course, it'd probably take a fair bit of work if any of us tried to go for a jog with an additional 300 or so pounds of weight attached to us, no matter how good of shape we're in currently.
That poor woman... what kind of lifestyle could she possibly have?
