like a DVD of each month's new content,
    custom DVDs of subscriber's requests,

    anything like that?

Im planning on doing this with my niche paysites that are opening soon. A lot of guys in one of my niches in paticular may not buy a paysite membership, but would buy a CD of pictures or a DVD movie.

Right... it actually can hurts retention when they can get everything on a cd for one flat price.. also you have shipping and tracking issues and customer equipment compatiblity problems which lead to tons of customer service issues. Not really cost effective and certainly not the best use of your time.

Ive seen it marketed on a second (upsell) site and seenit do decent, but the time added is not alwys worth the effort.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Well, one thing is that there are issues with sending pornography through the U.S. mail, so they'd have to be sent Fed Ex or UPS. Another thing is that alot of sites don't have exclusive content, and most standard content licenses specifically state that the content cannot be distributed in print or on DVD or CD media.
