    Chargeback with epassporte?

    Hello! I just made a deposit to kanoodle.com with my epassporte, ponly now I have gotten an email with an word files that I must print and fax, i dont have a fax or have access too, and they call me back later I dont want that too. i have sent them several emails but gotten nothing bacl I deposited only $50 and cant do anything with it now because my account with kanoodle is pending unless confirmed Can i now chargeback it via epassorte?

              Did you think of contacting epassporte support? They can cancel pending transactions & they did it few times for me in the past(when google charged my card twice, one transaction as pending). Btw. these pending transaction should be canceled automatically after a month or so.
