So here is the deal...I placed an order with a content provider (for now, they will remain nameless) in late September for a total of 900 exclusive photos.
The order entailed 3 solo girl shoots @ two sets of 100 photos per girl (600 total)...As well as 1 girl/girl shoot @ two sets of 150 photos (300 total).
They were to be taken out of location...By the end of October, I had received 400 photos and was told the rest would be completed back on location when he returned...I sent the provider over $400 worth of props to use in my exclusive photos...
So, at this point I was still owed one more solo girl @ two, 100 photo sets and 1 girl/girl @ two, 150 photo sets.
I was then shown a model that worked out very well for my needs...I wished to open an exclusive site with this model, upon certain terms...We agreed and I told them to shoot the remainder of the pics owed with this model and I would be order more when the site was developed.
I was told by the content provider that 200 photos had been produced yet the download only contained 100...The provider had "accidentally" deleted 100 of them.
Between that point and now, I have yet to receive the last 400 photo's I am owed...I was notified 3 days ago that the model to be used for the site was no longer reachable and no future shoots would be able to be done.
Ok, no biggie...Told him to just get the other 400 done with whomever.
With only 100 photos of this model, I had to do something with it, so I created a small free AVS site with it...Upon advertising the site, one of my biggest competitors links to a pic of what? Yup, the exact same model in the exact same setting using the very same props I sent him for *MY* exclusive content. Just for clarification, he didn't sell the same exact set he delivered to me, my best guess is that is where the "100 deleted" photo's went.
For now, lets just forget the fact that he sold the same exact model using my props to someone else when there was an exclusivity agreement for the site...
I decided to pry a little bit and joined my competitor's site, low and behold, what do I see?
SEVERAL sets from this same provider all using MY PROPS...There isn't any confusion here, these are absolutely the props I had sent him to use for *MY* exclusive content order!
I was never asked by the provider if he could EVER use them in any other manner besides my own order.
Now, there seems to be a misconception on the "exclusive" part as you can see...The exclusivity was discussed on ICQ and no "contracts" were signed...I still think it's really low for them to sell the same chick I was going to open a exclusive site with to my competitor tho...Fine, whatever...Honestly, it's actually not that big of a deal to me.
I would just think that they would have enough grey matter to know that selling the same exact girl in the exact same niche to my competitor while I ordered and committed to future orders of the girl for that site.
Why am I not telling you who it is? Because, people fuckup...This is really bad IMHO...But I want to at least give him a chance to make it right before I say who it is...I do have proof of everything stated here and several reputable people have seen it...I just don't want it to come to that if it doesn't have to.
I suggest you stop ignoring me and contact me to get this resolved immediately!
