I wasn't saying it like I was informing you of anything new.

I am sure he was buzzed. He has a great life and enjoys every minute of it.

Yeah he definately had a glow to him, I saw the clip on TV and I instantly knew he was drinking it made me laugh lol

I was stunned by it. I would say he did appear a little lit. I don't think he would have ever done that on camera without being on a substance.
