Oh, yeah...I forgot to mention that typically people's body temperatures rise when they drink, which makes them sweat, which makes them lose sodium. Sodium deficit can cause headaches, body chills, etc. A lot of the typical symptoms in heat stroke are caused by a lack of adequate soduim levels. i know they say salt is bad for you, but just like fat and carbs, we NEED some of it to survive. they sell sodium tablets at health food stores...but in the meantime, use a fair amount of iodized salt before you drink to get your levels up. Don't know if it will work after the fact, but hey, it's worth a shot.
