it's not the designer's fault, responsibility is all on the person who owns the site - designers don't sell content and
you don't buy a design without asking about the images on it.

based in Montreal, Canada, and surprise! The telephone number we had for
them no longer seems to be in service. 2Much now produces their own
in-house content and will replace those images for BabesOnCams.com free of
charge.

Sorry but this isn't totally true. In certain cases I will purchase images to use in designs per a clients request or if they have nothing that suits my needs for the design. If I do end up doing something like that I will issue a release to the site owner to use that image in the design only but nowhere else. I am not sure how many do this but personally speaking I know it's a possibility.
