If so they could still argue that you need to comply. The US government loves to extend its laws outside its borders and will if given the opportunity. They probably won't seek extradition but don't ever think of visiting or passing through the US ever as they might have a warrant out for you.

if your server and company dont reside in the U.S., your not an american citizen and you dont reside in the U.S. you have nothing to worry about regarding american laws.

i would check out canada's laws regarding adult content to make sure you comply with their laws..

the U.S. has no jurisdiction in any country other than the U.S. and the idea of the U.S. can "extend its laws outside its borders" is laughable.

name a country that follow's our laws? zero.

if you visited the U.S., you wouldnt have a warrant nor would anyone would be waiting for you.
