    this is bullshit....

    i have to drive like 30 miles to help my cousin install audio drivers. AUDIO DRIVERS... wtf. how can someone not be able to install audio drivers?!

          I use to have to do that before! I hate doing that shit! It's pretty simple, just insert the CD and click install! It's not like the old days where you have to set the jumper to the IRQ you want to use...

                      lol. last time he had a problem, he brang his pc to my house because 'the screens all screwed up"... he had dragged the taskbar to the right side of the screen and didnt know what to do.

                          Just get him to download VNC and set it up, it aint that hard, walk him through it on the phone or something. Or, use remote assitance if he's using XP (comes built in)
