I think they'll be here on New Year's or something...when I found out I had plans to go out of town, now I think Ill be in town, so if theyre not sold out, maybe I'll go.
Old Metallica ROCKS!!! I'm not down with their new shit though.....
And even though I like Godsmacks music, I saw him on a Playboy Mansion show a year back and hes only like 5'6 , I expected him to be like the lead singer from Disturbed.....big, built, and "I could KILL you" kinda look.......instead, he just reminded me of my little cousin lol

I've seen Metallica 4 times. First of the concerts I saw with them was master of puppets....I think there was 1000 people there, it was crazy back then, the crowd was tearing the seats out of the stadium...they have gotten mellower each time I saw them after that.....I don't really care much for their new stuff, it sounds like really bad country rock to me.
I saw Metallica live in 86, but I haven't liked anything they've done since "Justice". Thought about seeing them new year's eve, but I think good seats were $500, so I figured I would pass.
I'll be in line to get Metallica chips at the Hard Rock on the 31st though.
hetfeild was the only dude it that band that HAD balls.
it was hefeild who made that band.
he lost em after rehab, coming out apologizing, coming off weak on the MYV Icon special.
pussy.
kirk hammit is a hack guitar player and lars aint that great of a drummer either.
when you get mega rich its over, you lose that hunger. look at all the great bands whove lost their balls because of money and those 2 fucked words MARKETING and DEMOGRAPHIC.
Check out a band called Scissor Fight. thats a real band with balls and there all ugly bastards.
dude I was completely panicked. Thank God the ones for my area haven't gone on sale yet. I would have had to blow something up if they were already sold out. Godsmack was the first hardcore show I ever saw and it was at a big music festival and it was awesome. Never seen Metallica yet but it's the hubby's favorite. I promised him tickets and would hate to not be able to live up to that.
The best songs they had, were the ones Dave Mustaine wrote that they used. Their music style seems to change each time they get a different bassist. All their music they did before Cliff Burton died was good. After that, it just went down hill.
