It's not that easy, as the TGP becomes larger its growth rate will taper off. I've never heard of a 1mil+ uniques TGP that uses skimming for trading but I would be happy to hear otherwise.
If your TGP uses hosted gals then you should be more interested in maximising clicks to galleries (low skim), rather than site loads.
