    - Thinking I know more than anyone else.
    - Not being aggressive.
    - Learning to masturbate.

                Selling my content company to a close friend of 10 years [Zmaster] and never getting paid for it. Sued her and she sold off company right out from under lawsuit and then went financially bust.....so 40K in lawsuit was a waste cuz she had nothing and it took 4 years to hone' in on her for NADA.

                My lesson learned was do not get business relaxed with friends.

                                                                                    I just wasted several months and several hundred dollars on a programmer who claimed he was fast and an expert php programmer. Turned out he was slow as hell, was working on other projects while mine wasn't yet completed, and wasn't able or willing to do the job the way I wanted it done.

                                                                                    I ended up with a script that is basically useless to me and that I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix and finish.

                                                                                    I also got burned by choosing the wrong host for the project this script was going to be used for. I selected one of the better known hosts on this board and it was one problem after another from day one. Each time I wanted to cancel and move on they would basically beg me to stay with promises of how everything would be fixed... after three months and the server still wasn't working right, I said enough is enough and left for good. Then they had the balls to imply that it was my fault that the server they set up was a lemon and that their techs couldn't get it working right.

                                                                                    Lessons learned and mistakes that won't be made again...

                                                                                            7 years ago used to drive to see a guy in Pasedena and sell him 100s of slides at $3, $5 and $10 each. Thought it was small beer.

                                                                                            Had tried to do a paysite of my own which failed and just did not see the potential of the stock I had in pictures. If only I had known then what I know now.
