Leaving Webair Looking for new host leave offers

What I have now:
? 2000 MB Storage
? Unrestricted Bandwidth (actually just 50g/mo)
? 1 IP Address
? Unlimited Email
? Unlimited Domains
? Free Backups
? Free Ecommerce
? Free Control Panel
? 100 GB Transfer
? $9.95 mo.
? $9.95 setup

I have been with webair for a bit now on their virtual account. I say their service is ok. They offer lots of features that I like however, they are missing alot of features that i feel should be include and are not such as a suffient statistics tracking program (i asked if i could put webalizer on my virtual which is a free script and i was told i had to upgrade to a $600/mo plan just to get that. WTF) I dont use that much bandwidth yet so why the hell would i do that. Their Tickets take like 2 days to get an answer from which is too slow IMO when i need answers now. Also I find my sites loading slow sometimes which means they may have me on an over crowded server.

Webair is suffient I would say but if there is anyone that can give me a better deal and will move all my stuff for me please contact me icq or leave offer hear. If not i will just stay with them until i need a dedicated.

Have you tried contacting them using the live help feature. They usually respond within a couple of minutes.

I don't thtink that was quite the story =)) we do not offer webalizer on virtual accounts. I offered you a dedicated server within the price range of $149 for a that you can run whatever you like on it stats wise or anything else. With regards to your sorrprt tickets response time i'd have to look into that, but you can always goto webair live person chat support or call in toll free if you need immediate support. Tickets on virtual accounts are not meant for time sensative issues... Anyhow, If you would like to take us up on that dedicated offer feel free, if not good luck in your search.
